Where is my order?
We’re glad you are checking on your order!
As soon as we ship your order, we will send your Tracking ID directly to your email. You can use that Tracking ID to check the live status of your shipment.
If you face any issue or need help, please contact our customer support.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
For non-embroidered products:
You can cancel or modify your order if it has not been shipped yet. Once the order is dispatched, we won’t be able to make any changes.
For embroidered products:
Cancellations or modifications are not possible, because our team starts the customization work immediately after the order is confirmed.

Can I change my address after placing the order?
You can change your address only if your order has not been shipped yet. We usually dispatch orders within 48–72 hours, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update the address.

What is your shipping and return policy?
Shipping:
- Non-embroidered orders are shipped within 2–3 business days.
- Embroidered orders are shipped within 3-4 days.
Once we ship your order, it generally gets delivered within 2–3 business days, depending on your location and our logistics partners.
Returns & Exchanges:
We offer free returns and free exchanges only in case of a manufacturing defect. If you receive a defective product, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
