🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your Returns & Exchange Policy?
We offer a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.
Once the returned item reaches us and passes the quality check, your refund will be initiated within 5 days.
Please note:

A ₹100 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Embroidered products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Please make sure to mention your Order ID in the message.
Our team will review your request within 3 working days, and once approved, we will arrange the pickup within 2 working days.
Q: How are return requests processed?
After your return request is approved, our logistics partner will pick up the item within 2 working days.
Once the product clears quality checks, your refund will be processed within 5 days, after deducting the ₹100 return fee.
📦 Delivery
Q: How will I receive my tracking details?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Tracking ID along with an online tracking link on your email/WhatsApp.
Q: How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Delivery time may vary based on distance and service area.
Q: What if I need the product urgently?
If you need an item on priority, please call our support team to confirm the shipping timeline before placing the order.

Q: Can I cancel or modify my order?
For non-embroidered products:
You can cancel or modify your order only if it has not been shipped.
For embroidered/customized products:
Cancellations or changes are not possible, as work starts immediately after order confirmation.
Q: How do I cancel my order?
If the order has not been dispatched, you can cancel it by emailing us with the subject line:
“Please cancel Order ID _____”
If the order has already been shipped, a refund will be issued after deducting shipping charges.
📍 Address Change
Q: Can I change my address after placing the order?
You can change your address only if the order has not been shipped.
We usually dispatch orders within 48–72 hours, so please contact us quickly.
