Return & Refund Policy – IndoSurgicals

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customer is responsible for return shipping because we use private courier services and are not able to arrange pickup from your location.
If the product is defective, IndoSurgicals will promptly exchange it, but you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective,
  • The item is damaged,
  • You receive the wrong item.

We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items),
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases,
  • Items on sale or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have.
Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
Exchange delivery timeframe: 7 days.

Refunds

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us at info@indosurgicals.com.

Order Cancellations

IndoSurgicals reserves the right to cancel any order.
Any cancellation or applicable refund will be processed within 10 working days, and you will be informed via email or phone.

Shipping

  • Products are shipped within 3 days of order confirmation.
  • Estimated delivery within 5 days.
