At Healer’s Line, we are committed to providing a smooth and friendly shopping experience.
We offer a one-time return or exchange within 7 days from the delivery date.
Refunds are initiated within 5 days after the returned items are picked up and pass our quality check.
Please Note: Embroidered products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Prepaid Orders
For prepaid orders, a flat ₹100 return processing fee will be deducted.
(This deduction applies only to returns, not exchanges.)
In-Store Purchases
Products purchased from our physical store are non-returnable and non-refundable.
A one-time exchange is allowed only for size mismatch.
Processing Exchanges
- Your exchange order is created once the original item is picked up.
- If reverse pickup is not available at your pincode, you may self-ship the product using any reliable courier.
- We will ship the exchange item once the returned product reaches our warehouse.
Self-ship reimbursement:
If your pincode is non-serviceable, we reimburse up to ₹150 for self-shipping charges (share invoice + courier receipt with our support team).
Processing Returns
- After pickup, items go through a standard quality check.
- Refunds are initiated within 5 days after quality approval.
If reverse pickup is not available at your location:
- Please self-ship the product to our warehouse (address provided on request).
- Refund will be processed once the product reaches and clears the quality check.
Self-ship reimbursement:
Up to ₹150 will be reimbursed if the pincode is non-serviceable (invoice required).
